8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 tbsp butter, softened
1/2 cup So Nourished GOLD
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup Lily's dark chocolate chips
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until well combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips until well mixed in.
Cool the mix in the fridge for at least an hour to help it get nice and firm.
Scoop the cookie dough mix into 1 ½ inch balls, rolling each ball with your hands to make them nice and smooth.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one month.
